The plus 2 acres is private and has a huge oak tree over a hundred years old just below the house (perfect for a tree house), and other oaks, manzanita, and wild lilac bushes over the property. One acre is fully fenced for children and dogs, the other part is partially fenced. It has been recently painted and has a newer well pump and a newer large heating propane tank. The layout of the house is great, you have a nice bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs share the 2nd bathroom. The location is fantastic, you can step out and walk down the road into the Cleveland forest with views of the mountains towards the west and on clear days you can see the ocean. The air is clean and fresh and smells of pine trees or sage. You do get a few snow days in the winter that melts in a day or so and are just beautiful to wake up to.
